Terms and Conditions of Travel

The following terms and conditions apply to all customers booking with my instant-transfer. com company (VAT number 036014550) based in Rhodes, 85103 Rhodes-Greece.

Currency and Booking Confirmation

All prices are in Euro. Your will receive your booking confirmation and instructions by e-mail.

Cancellation or Change of Booking

• Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing via e-mail.

Prices and Included Charges

• All prices include VAT.
• Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, chauffeur’s fee and legal liability insurance for all passengers.

Waiting at Airports and Ports

• Maximum waiting time: 45 minutes after arrival.
• Delay of more than 45 minutes: informing the driver and charging 10 euros per half hour.
• No-show after 45 minutes: the driver can depart and cancel the transfer, without refund.

Customer Responsibility

• The customer needs to check the reservation details on the confirmation email.
• The customer needs to notify the company of errors as soon as possible to send a corrected email.
• No liability for alternative transportation costs if passengers do not wait for the driver.

Unforeseen events

• The company is not responsible for unforeseen events that may hinder the provision of services (such as accidents, political events, blocked roads, weather phenomena, mechanical problems, strikes).
• In the event of such events, there will be immediate information and information on potential alternative modes of transport.

Liability for Child Seats

• The customer is responsible for checking the safe installation and safety of the child seat.
